Elisa is a Canadian Certified Pedorthist (a foot specialist) who graduated with an Honours Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and from the University of Western Ontario with her Professional Certificate of Pedorthics.

Elisa is currently available in four locations across Southern Ontario; Collingwood, Georgetown, Guelph, and Milton

The Nike Vapor Laser Talon is 3D printed using selective laser sintering to produce an ultra-lightweight football shoe weighing only 159 gm (5.6 oz) including cleats. Interesting article looking at whether or not minimalist shoes are more like running barefoot or more like running with regular running shoes.  In this study, minimalist shoes are shown to work more like the latter.
